Studio Nine Salon Suites was thoughtfully built to be more than just a workspace — it’s a sanctuary. Nestled in a professional, secure office building in North Houston, our suites offer a private, elevated atmosphere tailored to hairstylists, braiders, estheticians, makeup artists, lash and brow techs, body sculptors, and other beauty entrepreneurs ready to grow their business on their own terms.
Whether you’re renting daily or building your long-term brand, we provide the space and freedom for you to thrive. From 24/7 secure access and on-site amenities like a gym and eatery, to a culture rooted in respect, privacy, and professionalism — this is where passion meets possibility.

1. View Current Availability
Start by visiting our Current Availability page to see which suites are open. Take your time reviewing the layout and choose the suite that best fits your needs.
2. Submit an Application
Once you’ve selected a suite you’re interested in, fill out our quick application form. This helps us ensure your business aligns with our salon community and standards.
3. Application Review & Tour Invitation
If your application is approved, you’ll receive a private link to schedule your in-person tour of the suite(s) you’re interested in.
4. Background Check
After your tour, you’ll complete a background check. This is a required step and has a $35 fee.
5. Secure Your Suite
To officially secure your suite, you’ll sign your lease and pay the required deposit:
Deposit = 2 weeks of rent
Plus 1 additional week’s rent to cover your third week
Example: If rent is $250/week, you would pay $500 (deposit) + $250 (week 3 rent) = $750 total to move in.
6. Move-In
Once your lease is signed and payment is received, you’re all set to move in.
✅ Your first 2 weeks are FREE — no rent due until your fourth week in the suite.

Rates & Terms
Quoted rates are valid for up to 30 days unless otherwise noted and are based on our standard 12-month lease term. If you’re interested in a shorter lease or custom rental arrangement, please contact us directly to discuss available options.

Advanced booking perks:
Key card access to elevators and parking garage available for bookings made a week in advance with completed paperwork. Allows access outside of normal business hours. *$25 deposit required, refundable upon return of the key card.

Studio Nine Salon Suites is avaible for rental from 8AM-11PM. You’ll receive suite access instructions after booking.

Yes! Book as many days as you’d like—single or back to back days. We also offer discounts for multi-day bookings (just ask before booking.)

You’re welcome to bring your tools, ring light, towels and other essentials—but no permanent decorating or furniture moving. Keep it simple and leave the suite as you found it.

Absolutely? The suites have neutral aesthetics and 2 of the 3 suites have window lighting—perfect for photo and video content. Just be mindful of time and noise.

NO REFUNDS
• All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once a salon suite is reserved, payments will not be refunded.
RESCHEDULE POLICY
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before your booking by responding to your confirmation email. Text messages will not be accepted.
• Rescheduling is only allowed once per booking and must be within the same or the following month. -
