terms & conditions


It is imperative that you read the terms and conditions and salon policies PRIOR to booking your appointment. Booking an appointment with Studio9 Hair Artistry is your acknowledgement that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions and the salon policies.

  • Cash, Zelle, CashApp and Credit Cards are accepted. A $3 processing fee will be added to all card transactions.

  • All appointments must be scheduled, cancelled, or changed through the booking app.


Studio9 Hair Artistry is a  1 chair private suite hair salon dedicated to providing excellent services in a reasonable amount of time. Out of respect for the stylist and other clients, it is imperative that you are on time for your appointment. Due to time constraints, whatever service(s) that you book is/are the only services(s) that will be rendered. Please do not book just any service to hold a spot because what you really want is not listed. If it is not listed, I do not offer it.

The schedule is only open 1 month at a time. The next month opens on the 15th at 8pm. For example: openings for August will not show until July 15th at 8pm.


All appointments are booked online.


In order to cancel your appointment, you must log into your account and cancel your own appointment. You may not call, text or email to cancel your appointment. You have 24 hours before your appointment starts to cancel your appointment; otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows. 


If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, a $20 fee will be added to your total. We may not be able to provide all the service(s) for which you have been scheduled. Every effort will be made to accommodate you. However, if we are unable to accommodate you, you will still be charged the full amount for the services you scheduled.


After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and a no-show fee (100% of your service) will be charged. Do not call the salon inquiring why your card has been charged. Your card has been charged all monies according to the salon no-show policy. The next step is for you to log into your StyleSeat account and book another appointment.
